If you are looking for a way out of the life or a way back home, we’re here to help. Below are some helpful tips to find safety.

As you read this, you might think there is no way out for you – or that you have to stay…but you don’t.

Call the Hotline

If it’s possible, call the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text “BeFree” at 233733.

You can also call the Iowa Crime Victim’s Hotline at 1-800-770-1650.

These calls/texts are free and will be kept confidential. People on the line will help you find immediate assistance.

Reach out to Chains Interrupted

If you’re in the Cedar Rapids area and want to talk with someone (not emergent), call us at (319) 364-0222.
